Payment.
All invoices must be paid in full by the following Tuesday after the auction’s close. Accepted forms of payment are:
Cash
Wire Transfer
All major credit cards (4% convenience fee)
Buyers Premium.
A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid of each item/lot. Bid price + buyer’s premium = Invoice amount

Each firearm is subject to a non negotiable $30 transfer fee.
Out of State Buyers.
By law, an FFL in good standing can only receive a shipped firearm. If you are not a licensed FFL, please communicate with one to verify your eligibility of owning a firearm in your state. Not all firearms are legal in certain states. It is your responsibility to know your local laws. Bids will not be retracted.
No Retractions or Returns.
All bids are final and will not be removed. All sales are final and will not be refunded.
Forfeiture.
If for any reason a buyer does not take possession of any firearm, their purchase price and buyer’s premium will be forfeited.
As-Is Where-Is.
Each lot is represented as-is where-is. Auctioneer makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition of any and all firearms. Furthermore, the auctioneer or any our employees or consultants has the authority to represent anything concerning the functionality of any firearm. It is recommended that all firearms be inspected by a licensed gunsmith prior to firing. Auctioneer is not liable for any accidents, injury or damage.
Shipping.
Shipping is available at the cost of the buyer. Shipping cost will be paid directly to the FFL. Buyer is responsible for providing the receiving FFL’s license and information. When applicable, multiple firearms will be shipped as efficiently as possible.
Guaranty Agreement.
By submitting a bid as a individual, business entity or corporation, the bidder enters into a guaranty agreement and personally guarantees payment to the auction company. Therefore, any invoice amount not paid when due, for any reason, will fall on the bidder. Furthermore, any and all expenses incurred by the auction company while trying to enforce collection, will be passed onto the bidder. This includes but is not limited to attorney fees and collection agency fees.
