Step 3: How does an auction end?
Fixed-Time Closing β Auction ends at a set time. Staggered Closing β First lot(s) close at the start time; remaining lots close sequentially (individual or grouped) at set intervals. Dynamic/Extended Bidding β Closing extends when new bids arrive; auction (or lot) closes only after no bids are placed for the specified window.
If used, dynamic/stagger details and time windows are stated in the Terms & Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions are accessible under "Auction Info" on the main auction event page and are also provided on each individual lot page.
Auctions may close in different ways, as described below. Bidders are responsible for reviewing the Terms and Conditions for the specific method applied to each auction.
Dynamic/Extended Bidding β Either of the above methods may also include a dynamic or extended bidding feature. In this format, the closing of a lot is delayed until no further bids are received within a specified period of time. If dynamic/extended bidding applies, the Terms and Conditions will state this clearly, including the exact amount of inactivity required before bidding closes.
Binding Agreement β By registering for and participating in any auction, all bidders acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by the closing methods and procedures set forth herein and, in the Terms, and Conditions.
You can contact the hosting auctioneer through the "Ask the Auctioneer" form, available on the main auction event page as well as on each individual lot page. This form allows you to send a direct message to the auctioneer. Questions previously submitted by other users may also be viewed on these pages.
Additionally, the auction companyβs contact information, including address and phone number, is provided on the main auction event page.
Binding Notice β By submitting an inquiry through the βAsk the Auctioneerβ form or any official contact method, bidders acknowledge that their communication is considered part of the official auction record and may be relied upon by the auctioneer.
